- 60-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital supported by the largest rehab health system in the U.S.
- Specialty populations: Stroke, TBI, Spinal Cord Injury, Polytrauma, and more
- Lead a high-performing team of 25+ full-time PTs, OTs, and SLPs
- 80-90% return-to-home rate (national average: 70%)
- Exceptionally collaborative, upbeat therapy team
- Strong local and national leadership support
- Recently expanded, state-of-the-art facility with the latest equipment and technology (BURT, Barihab, Bioness Vector, etc)
- Mentorship from a Regional Director with 20+ years of experience
- 1-year structured preceptorship with a dedicated partner and experienced Director of Therapy
- Supported by a Therapy Manager, Lead PT/OT/SLPs, and Senior Therapists

- Competitive Base Salary based on years of experience
- $10,000 sign-on bonus

- Master's or Doctorate in PT, OT, or SLP (DPT, OTD, MSOT, MSPT, etc.)
- Active state license or ability to obtain
- 3+ years of direct patient care experience
- Inpatient Rehab experience preferred
- Prior leadership experience as Lead Therapist, Therapy Manager, or Director of Therapy
