Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree required, with preference for a major in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or other business-related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Minimum of five years' practical warehousing management and/or supervisory experience, including strong personnel management experience in hiring, performance management, disciplinary action, budget development, training, and basic awareness of employment law. Minimum of 3 years' experience with a pharmacy or pharmaceutical wholesaler/distributor desired. Experience directly managing other associates (team of 10 or more preferred) Green belt or equivalent in Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma preferred Forklift Certification preferred, ability to obtain Forklift Certification required. Job Description: A client of Insight Global is looking to bring a Distribution Manager on to the team. This person will be responsible for planning and directing all distribution activities including receiving, storing, shipping, routing, handling returned/damaged goods, and administrative tasks to ensure customer and company requirements are met. Estimated pay 50-65/HR
