Emergency Department Registered Nurse

Kaiser Permanente seeks an Emergency Department Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in a fast-paced ED within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The ED RN will perform rapid triage, assessment, and stabilization of diverse patient populations, administer medications and interventions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes. You will document in the EHR, educate patients and families, and participate in quality and safety initiatives. This on-site role requires strong critical thinking, excellent communication, and resilience in high-pressure situations, aligning with our culture of innovation, collaboration, and continual improvement.
