This facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Annual volume: Approximately 28,835 patients annually (79 patients/day × 365 days)
- Physician shift times: Typically 10-12 hour shifts; both morning and night coverage needed
- NP/PA Coverage: Yes; 2 practitioner shifts per day
- Back up specialties available: Multiple service lines available on call; Comprehensive Stroke Center
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Not specified
- Certifications required: Emergency Medicine Board Certification required, Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association, Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA).
