Project Manager for Electronic Security Systems

Job Description

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Oversee budgets, project schedules, change orders, and profitability
• Coordinate engineering, installation teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Conduct project surveys, site visits, and customer meetings (approximately one site visit every two weeks)
• Track project progress, material procurement, and documentation
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Support invoicing, collections, and project closeout activities

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:

• 3-5+ years of Project Management experience
• 5+ years of Electronic Security Systems (ESS) experience
• Experience managing low-voltage/security installation projects
• Strong project budgeting and P&L management experience
• Experience coordinating installation teams, subcontractors, and schedules
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to conduct site walks and attend customer meetings

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:

• PMP certification
• Experience with Lenel, Software House, Brivo, Bosch, Axis, Hanwha, or similar platforms
• Factory certifications in security technologies
• Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, and ERP systems
