Estimator I - Electrical T&D Construction

High Country Line Construction is seeking an Estimator I to support transmission, distribution, and substation projects for utility and energy clients. In this role, you will review plans, specifications, and field data to perform quantity takeoffs and prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, equipment, and materials. You’ll help develop competitive bids, solicit vendor and subcontractor pricing, and support pre-bid site reviews. Working closely with project managers and field teams, you’ll contribute to safe, constructible solutions that deliver reliable power infrastructure on time and within budget.
