Wastewater Operators

Massachusetts facilities compliance knowledge

CMMS implementation and maintenance management experience Preventive Maintenance (PM) program ownership

Capital project and infrastructure leadership

OSHA and regulatory compliance experience

Job Description

Lead facilities operations across: Woburn, MA (Primary Site) Hudson, NH (Secondary Site)

Manage and develop a team of approximately 5-10 employees (ideal team size: 8)

Drive preventive maintenance and uptime initiatives

Oversee contractors, vendors, and service providers

Support capital improvement projects and facility upgrades

Lead CMMS implementation and optimization

Coordinate facility audits and regulatory compliance

Partner closely with Engineering, EHS, Operations, and Leadership teams

Salary: $135-$145k
