Responsibilities

GOLDBECK Facility Services encompasses the full spectrum of integrated facility management services with its own technical service and consulting for the optimal management and value preservation of real estate.

Responsibilities include:

• Advising: Individually advise our customers on technical and infrastructure facility management, including technical concepts and implementation
• Operational and strategic: Develop and implement long-term strategies to ensure the efficiency and sustainability of our customers' buildings
• Special services: Plan and execute special services in accordance with budget guidelines and quality standards
• On-site: Conduct site inspections and strategic planning of maintenance measures as well as legally required inspections for the optimal operational readiness of technical systems
• Coordination: Take responsibility for the careful selection, commissioning, and coordination of subcontractors
• Guarantee: Process warranty claims while considering legal, economic, and customer-oriented aspects

Profile

Requirements include:

• Education or training: Completed engineering degree (construction/economic engineering, building technology, facility management) or master/technician training with demonstrable qualifications and expertise
• Professional experience: In facility management, ideally in a comparable position
• Service-oriented: Strong service orientation to ensure that customer needs are understood and met, and to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction
• Communication skills: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, service providers, and within the team
• Independence: Self-reliance and organizational skills to manage projects independently, set priorities, and ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently
