Target Compensation: $100,000 $120,000

Key Responsibilities for the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager:

Partner with department leaders and the CFO to support financial planning and business decisions Lead budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analysis across multiple locations Perform P&L analysis, variance reporting, and monthly executive reporting Develop dashboards and leverage SQL/Power BI to analyze financial performance and trends Present financial results, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership

Qualifications for the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager:

4+ years of FP&A experience Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with SQL and/or Power BI for data analysis and reporting Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
