Float Physical Therapist

Provide physical therapy across assigned care settings by evaluating patients, developing evidence-based treatment plans, delivering individualized interventions, and monitoring functional outcomes. Educate patients and caregivers, coordinate care with providers and other disciplines, supervise physical therapy assistants, and complete required clinical documentation.
