Food Service Supervisor - Dining Services

Parkhurst Dining is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to support daily foodservice operations in a hospitality-focused environment. You’ll lead front-of-house and/or back-of-house teams to deliver fresh, made-from-scratch meals for college, university, and corporate guests. Responsibilities include overseeing food quality, service standards, sanitation, and safety; coordinating schedules and task assignments; training and coaching team members; supporting local sourcing and merchandising; resolving guest concerns; and partnering with managers and clients to uphold Parkhurst’s people-first culture and operational standards while meeting financial and service goals.
