Sous Chef - Campus Dining

Parkhurst Dining is seeking a Sous Chef to support fresh, made-from-scratch cooking for our campus and corporate guests. You’ll assist in menu execution, daily food preparation, and high-volume service, ensuring quality, consistency, and food safety. The Sous Chef helps lead kitchen staff, supports ordering and inventory, and upholds Parkhurst’s hospitality-focused culture. In this role, you’ll mentor team members, collaborate with chefs and managers, and grow your culinary skills while creating welcoming, community-oriented dining experiences for clients and guests.
