Job Description Summary
The incoming physician will join a well-established, physician-led primary care practice providing comprehensive outpatient care to a diverse patient population across Northern Virginia. This full-time position offers the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while delivering preventive care, chronic disease management, and treatment for acute medical conditions in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform routine physical exams, preventive health screenings, and wellness checks
Develop personalized treatment plans and provide health education to patients
Collaborate with specialists and coordinate patient care when needed
Light phone call coverage required for urgent issues or follow-ups
Work alongside a supportive medical team, including mid-level providers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in the EMR system
Qualifications
MD or DO
Currently licensed or able to obtain a license in Virginia
Successful completion of a residency program in Internal Medicine
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Experience with or willingness to learn the use of EPIC (EMR)

Compensation Range: Physician: $250,000.00 - $552,240.00

The compensation range set forth above is a good-faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly rate or annual salary for this position and assumes a 1.0 FTE status. This range may be adjusted in the future based on business needs or market changes. No portion of compensation is considered earned until it is vested and determined in accordance with the terms of applicable policies and benefit plans. The availability and amount of any bonuses, incentives, or other benefits are subject to the terms of those plans and may be modified at the sole discretion of VHC Health, in accordance with applicable law.
