Own the facility's P&L and make sound economic decisions that improve both near- and long-term business performance.

Establish priorities and allocate resources based on where they can create the greatest value for customers and the business.

Use financial, operational, customer, and market insights to identify opportunities, evaluate trade-offs, and improve decision-making.

Build strong partnerships across the organization, sharing knowledge and capabilities to solve problems and capture opportunities.
