Healthcare Construction Manager

GoldenWolf is seeking an experienced Healthcare Construction Manager to support critical infrastructure and renovation projects at the Kerrville Veterans Affairs Medical Center as part of the VA's Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Program. This role is ideal for experienced construction professionals who have managed healthcare, federal, hospital, institutional, or complex renovation projects and enjoy coordinating stakeholders, driving schedules, controlling costs, and ensuring successful project delivery. You will work closely with VA leadership, architects, engineers, contractors, commissioning teams, and healthcare stakeholders to support mission-critical upgrades while maintaining hospital operations and patient care environments.

Location: Kerrville Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 3600 Memorial Blvd, Kerrville, TX 78028

Contract Type: Full-time, Onsite

Period of Performance: 730 days after award

Job Type: COA (Contingent On Award)

Salary: $130,000.00 $160,000.00

Required Qualifications Education & Experience:

• One of the following: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field plus 3+ years of construction management experience OR 10+ years of construction management experience in lieu of degree

Preferred Background Experience managing:

• Healthcare construction projects
• Hospital renovations
• Federal construction projects
• Medical facility infrastructure upgrades
• Occupied facility renovations
• Design-build and construction administration activities

Preferred Certifications:

• CCM
• PMP
• PE
• Registered Architect (RA)
• OSHA 30
