Healthcare Technician

Carle Health is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Technician to support community-based patient care in Urbana, Illinois. Working alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals, you’ll help patients with daily activities, mobility, and comfort while contributing to a safe, respectful care environment. Responsibilities include measuring vital signs, observing and reporting changes, documenting care, and assisting with transfers and repositioning. The ideal candidate communicates with empathy, follows infection-control and safety procedures, and works well as part of a collaborative team.
