Caregiver responsibilities

• Provide care according to the client's plan of care
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Take vital signs and provide medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping and meal prep
• Transport and escort clients to appointments and activities
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and safety standards

Qualifications

• Active Florida cna license or hha certificate, required
• Cpr certification, in person only
• Tb blood test or chest x-ray within the last year
• Ability to pass level 2 background screening and drug screen
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
