Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Hotel Manager to lead our Courtyard by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Dania Beach. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader with a strong Marriott background and a proven track record of driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.

What You'll Do

• Display strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills
• Lead and develop department heads while fostering a positive workplace culture
• Drive guest satisfaction scores, revenue growth, and profitability
• Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and company expectations
• Maintain a highly visible leadership presence throughout the hotel
• Resolve operational challenges while delivering exceptional guest experience.

What We're Looking For

• Hotel leadership experience within the Marriott brand
• A minimum of 2 years in your current leadership role (mandatory requirement) Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
• Proven success leading hotel operations, improving guest satisfaction, and achieving financial goals.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams
• Hands-on management style with a visible presence throughout the hotel
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Must currently reside in South Florida and be within a reasonable commuting distance of Dania Beach, FL
