Interim Controller

Highly visible leadership role with direct exposure to executive leadership. Opportunity to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced retail environment. Target Compensation: $135,000-$175,000 annualized, based on experience and qualifications.

Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger activities. Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis. Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain strong internal controls. Manage and support the accounting team while driving operational efficiencies. Partner with leadership to provide actionable financial insights and recommendations.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred. 7+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, including Controller-level responsibility. Retail, consumer products, or multi-location business experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and ERP/accounting systems.
