Key Responsibilities for the Interim Controller Restaurant365 Implementation:

• Lead accounting support for the Restaurant365 commissary kitchen and inventory module implementation Review existing accounting workflows and recommend SOP and process improvements Serve as the accounting subject matter expert between business stakeholders and implementation teams Support training, documentation, testing, and go-live activities Ensure inventory accounting processes are effectively integrated into the ERP environment

Qualifications for the Interim Controller Restaurant365 Implementation:

• Strong inventory accounting experience Experience in commissary kitchen, food production, manufacturing, distribution, or multi-unit restaurant environments Hands-on Restaurant365 ERP implementation experience Ability to translate accounting and operational requirements into scalable system and process solutions
