This facility is seeking an Interventional Cardiology Physician
for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: Five-day long weekend every three weeks beginning January 2027, preferably Thursday morning through Tuesday morning. Wednesday or Friday morning starts may be considered. Must remain available through at least 7:00 AM Monday. Scheduled as a 9-hour regular day plus night call Monday–Friday and 24-hour coverage with gratis hours Saturday and Sunday.
Practice Setting: Inpatient.
Types of Cases: Cardiology inpatient service, including rounding, consultations and nuclear cardiology skills required.
Patient Volume: Approximately 12–15 patients per shift.
Credentialing Timeframe: 45–120 days
Electronic Medical Record: Epic.
Certifications Required: Board Certified required; Board Eligible accepted
Licensure Required: Licensed in Minnesota or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).
