Junior to Midlevel Bankruptcy Associate

An AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a bankruptcy associate, 2nd to 4th year, to join its restructuring practice. This is an unposted, confidential search. Ideal candidates will have a mix of both transactional and litigation bankruptcy experience, strong academic credentials, and a law firm background. The role offers substantive deal and case work within a well-regarded restructuring team, along with strong opportunities for advancement.

Candidates must have:

• 2nd to 4th year bankruptcy experience, ideally spanning both transactional and litigation work
• Strong academic credentials
• Prior law firm experience

Billable hour target: 1,950

Full scale for reference: 1st $225K | 2nd $235K | 3rd $260K | 4th $310K | 5th $365K | 6th $390K | 7th $420K | 8th $435K
