Key Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

• Manage store operations, including inventory and expense control

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Passion for providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to train and guide staff in Kincaid's standards
• Experience with POS and inventory control systems is a plus
