A well-established organization in California's Central Valley is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to serve as Lead Primary Care Physician for its growing employee health program.

The Opportunity

* 70% clinical / 30% administrative and leadership responsibilities
* 100% outpatient primary care
* Average just 12 patients per day
* No evening or weekend call
* Serve as clinical lead for a multidisciplinary care team
* Lead collaborating physician for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
* Partner closely with the CMO on clinical strategy and program development
* Participate in onsite, mobile, and community-based patient outreach
* Epic EMR
