Leasing Agent Opportunity At Westgrove Tower Condominiums Apartments

Westgrove Tower Condominiums Apartments is currently seeking a Leasing Agent to oversee our apartment community.

Responsibilities:

Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors

Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue

Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew

Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email

Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects

Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market

Requirements:

Previous leasing experience in multifamily apartments required

Answering a busy switchboard

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude
