Leasing Manager

Oversee leasing and marketing operations, drive occupancy, manage renewals, and lead our leasing team. We are seeking a results-driven leader who understands leasing metrics, marketing strategies, and team accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience: 510+ years in leasing or property management, preferably student housing or multifamily.
• Leadership: 2+ years of management experience preferred.
• Strong sales, marketing, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to meet occupancy and leasing goals.
• Experience with property management software; Buildium preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $65,000$80,000 annually, based on experience
