? What You‘ll Do
* Provide compassionate, quality nursing care to patients in a correctional healthcare setting.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
* Conduct nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions for changes requiring intervention.
* Assist with sick calls, chronic care management, and other patient healthcare needs.
* Respond to medical concerns and emergencies according to established protocols.
* Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical documentation.
* Collaborate with healthcare team members to promote patient safety and continuity of care.
* Follow established clinical protocols, facility procedures, and applicable nursing standards.
