A well-established suburban law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with at least two years of experience to join our practice and contribute to a wide range of complex disputes.
About the Position
You will step into a key role with immediate opportunities to draft pleadings and motions, conduct discovery, manage hearings, and contribute to trial preparation. Our diverse caseload includes commercial and business litigation, estate and trust controversies, employment matters, and general civil disputes. This position offers hands-on courtroom experience, the chance to sharpen your advocacy skills, and room to grow within a respected and dynamic practice.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Illinois
- Minimum of two years of litigation experience
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Professionalism, responsiveness, and a client-centered approach
