Litigation Associate

A leading law firm is seeking a mid-level associate attorney with at least three years of experience in commercial litigation disputes, or related practice areas.

Responsibilities:

• Handle complex commercial and financial disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials.
• Conduct depositions and assist with hearings and trial preparation.
• Develop litigation strategies and collaborate with clients and colleagues.
• Support practice development and client relationship initiatives.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience with lending disputes, commercial real estate, or loan enforcement preferred.
• Ability to manage complex matters independently and work effectively in a team.
