LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Evergreen Nursing Home is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide direct nursing care to elderly and disabled residents in a long-term care setting. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs and resident conditions, and document care in accordance with facility and regulatory standards. Working closely with RNs, physicians, and CNAs, the LPN will support care plan development, respond to changes in resident status, and communicate with families.
