Education: Graduate of LPN Program or Certified Medical Assistant
Licenses and Certification: Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse or Certified Medical Assistant BLS required

Role Specific Responsibilities: Evaluate and plan patient care needs Assist physician or mid-level provider in office setting Set up, stock and clean patient rooms as needed Provides patient/family instructions Assists in the orientation of new employees and students
