Job Description

Job title: Machining Process Engineer

Location: Stow, OH

Full-time


  • 5–10 years of manufacturing/machining engineering experience
  • Strong CNC machining and 5+ axis programming experience
  • 5+ years of CAD/CAM experience; Mastercam preferred
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Inventor or similar 3D CAD software
  • Experience with tooling, fixture and gauge design
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T, 2D blueprints, and 3D models
  • Experience with CNC code, toolpath simulation, and Vericut preferred
  • Strong manufacturing process improvement, Lean, and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing documentation
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers and support production teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or related Engineering preferred
