We are looking for a professional to lead and manage the global supply chain quality audit program for suppliers, contract manufacturers, co-manufacturers, and other external partners supporting food ingredient production and distribution.

Responsibilities Include:

• Leading and managing the global supply chain quality audit program.
• Developing and maintaining a risk-based audit strategy.
• Conducting and overseeing supplier audits and assessments.
• Reviewing audit findings, approving corrective action plans, and monitoring supplier performance.
• Partnering with various teams to support supplier qualification, sourcing decisions, product launches, and risk mitigation efforts.
• Analyzing supplier performance data, audit results, customer concerns, and emerging supply chain risks.

Qualifications:

• Five to ten years of experience in food manufacturing quality, food safety, supplier quality, regulatory compliance, or a related field.
• At least three years of supplier quality experience.
• Experience conducting supplier audits, managing corrective actions, and evaluating food safety and quality management systems.
• Strong knowledge of FSMA Preventive Controls, HACCP, GMPs, allergen management, FDA food regulations, and GFSI-recognized certification programs.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Food Science, Dietary Supplement Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
