The Material Handler plays a key role in supporting production by ensuring materials are received, stored, and delivered accurately and efficiently throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, safety-conscious, and thrives in a manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
• Pick, stage, and deliver materials to production lines to support manufacturing operations.
• Load and prepare outgoing shipments while ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through material movements, cycle counts, and inventory transactions.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified).
• Ensure materials are properly labeled, organized, and stored in designated locations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety policies.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, and shipping teams to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with other warehouse or production-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, Shipping & Receiving Associate, or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to accurately read work orders, packing slips, and shipping documentation.
• Basic computer or inventory system experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work overtime as needed.
• Background check required.
