This short-term acute care facility operates 98 licensed beds and holds a Level III Trauma Center designation, providing a broad range of inpatient and outpatient clinical services. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and structured workflows to support coordinated oncologic and hematologic care delivery. On-site support staff, including MAs, RNs, and NP/PAs, are in place to facilitate quality patient care throughout the covered assignment period.

A Medical Oncologist is required for locum tenens coverage spanning inpatient, outpatient, and clinic settings, providing day shift services two days per week with weekend call on a 1:8 rotation. The clinician will manage 10-14 adult patients per day in the outpatient clinic, with a case mix of approximately 60% hematology and 40% oncology. Clinical responsibilities include patient evaluation, treatment planning, and coordinated care delivery for general hematologic and oncologic conditions. Prescriptive authority must be maintained for the duration of the assignment.
