Join a Collaborative Level III NICU Team We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neonatologist to join a growing neonatal care team in Lake Charles, LA. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and clinically strong neonatologist to practice in a 12-bed Level III NICU within a collaborative 2-neonatologist model, supported by 24/7 in-house coverage and NNP support. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to premature, critically ill, and high-risk newborns
• Attend high-risk deliveries and provide neonatal resuscitation as needed
• Diagnose and manage a broad range of neonatal conditions
• Perform neonatal procedures within scope of practice
• Collaborate with NNPs, pediatricians, nurses, and other specialists
• Communicate effectively with parents and families regarding diagnosis, treatment, and clinical status
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Participate in shared call coverage and team-based clinical responsibilities

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Strong clinical experience in NICU care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based medicine
