Neonatologist | Level III NICU | $100-$125/hr | Riverdale, GA

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neonatologist to join a collaborative neonatal care team in Riverdale, Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality care in a Level III NICU with a supportive physician-led team and a balanced 1-week-on / 1-week-off schedule.
Compensation$100–$125 per hour
$2,400+ per shift

• Level III NICU licensed for 25–30 beds
• Average daily census: 8–10 patients

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to critically ill and premature newborns
• Attend high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary care teams
• Communicate effectively with families regarding treatment and progress
• Provide evidence-based, high-quality neonatal care

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Strong NICU clinical experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
