What Your Day Looks Like

As a caregiver, you will:

Drive seniors to appointments and social activities

Assist with bathing and grooming

Provide incontinence care with dignity

Perform light housekeeping

Prepare nutritious meals

Offer medication reminders

Ensure safety through memory care

Help with physical therapy exercises
