Nurse Midwife Manager

As a Nurse Midwife Manager at Kaiser Permanente, you will lead a team of certified nurse midwives delivering comprehensive prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care. You’ll coordinate schedules, ensure adherence to clinical protocols, and partner with obstetric, neonatal, and primary care teams to provide safe, evidence-based, family-centered services. Leveraging Kaiser’s advanced IT tools, you’ll monitor outcomes, support documentation quality, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance patient experience, safety, and access to care in a hybrid clinical and administrative role.
