  • Schedule: M-F 40 hours (about 3 days) can be flexible on days and times.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years graduate level Behavioral Health experience required

  • 5 years of Behavioral Health experience strongly preferred

  • Board Certified as a PMHNP

    • Requirement for NPs: PMHNP

  • State of Michigan License*

Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

  • Deliver comprehensive care to patients across all age groups.

  • Conduct level of care assessments and evaluations, manage acute care transition clinics, and provide follow-up for outpatient visits.

  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrist, subspecialists, behavioral health therapist, case managers, and nursing staff.

  • Utilize EPIC for efficient documentation, care coordination, and tracking quality metrics.

  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives.

  • Receive support from centralized administrative and clinical infrastructure for scheduling, billing, and referral management.

  • Provide direct patient care and document interactions in the Epic EMR system.

  • Support community health initiatives through active involvement and collaboration.
