Opportunity Details
Position Type: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
Shared panel model utilized. Small portion of FTE is allocated to support inbox management and/ supporting intake assessments for level of care determination.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00- 5:00 PM
Flexibility available in FTE distribution
Location: Livonia, Michigan

Hospital Info: Clinic supports a residency program with close collaboration alongside faculty. Includes support from psychotherapists
Team Size: 3 attending physicians and 9 residents

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years Behavioral Health experience required
5 years of Behavioral Health experience strongly preferred
Board Certified as a PA-C
Graduate-level experience for PAs (not clinical rotations)
State of Michigan License*
Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient education and engagement
Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
DEA license
BLS and ACLS certified and maintained
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
Providing direct patient care
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Participating in teaching and mentoring
Documenting in Epic EMR
Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
Supporting community health efforts
Supporting management of inbox
Additional opportunities to perform psycho-social intake assessments
