Occupational Therapist

Provides outpatient occupational therapy to patients recovering from injury, illness, surgery, or neurological conditions. Evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, tracks progress, documents care, educates patients and families, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team to improve function and independence.
