• Assist in implementing EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System).
• Streamline workflows and cut costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Aid in administrative tasks like QuickBooks management and sales order processing.
• Ensure smooth procurement and inventory management.
• Cultivate relationships with suppliers for optimal terms and pricing.
• Coordinate production schedules and resource allocation.
• Uphold quality standards and safety regulations.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Recruit and develop top talent.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks.
• Implement safety protocols and contingency plans.
• Align operational activities with overall business objectives.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master's preferred.
• Proven experience in operations management, ideally in our industry.
