Factory Operations Supervisor

BAE Systems is looking for a Factory Operations Supervisor for their Austin, Texas facility. The Operations Supervisor role is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, leading, and managing activities within a team-based manufacturing environment. Major areas of responsibility include establishing and improving manufacturing capabilities for highly technical products and programs.

Will provide motivation, coaching, and leadership to team members to ensure the accomplishment of business objectives including meeting safety, quality, delivery, cost and company objectives. Maintain an effective and efficient organization while effectively communicating responsibilities and objectives to employees. Collaborate effectively with customers and suppliers as well as supporting functions for work critical to the business. Will have extensive experience utilizing Lean concepts to meet or exceed business and customer requirements. Adhere to the highest standards of legal, ethical, and business conduct in relationships with fellow employees, the Company, suppliers, customers, and the public. The ability to work flexible hours and days to meet objectives is highly desirable.
