Outpatient Orthopedic and Neurologic Physical Therapist

Evaluate outpatient orthopedic and neurologic patients, develop individualized care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to achieve functional goals. Document patient progress, coordinate care with physicians and clinical staff, support discharge planning, and supervise assistants and rehabilitation aides as required.
