Outpatient Wound Care Registered Nurse

Provide outpatient nursing care to adult patients with chronic and non-healing wounds. Assess patient needs, develop and document care plans, perform nursing interventions, and coordinate treatment with the interprofessional team. Educate patients and families on wound care and recovery while supporting patient safety and quality standards.
