Partnership Engagement Manager

The Partnership Engagement Manager will play a key role in expanding program reach and strengthening community partnerships. This position is responsible for recruiting and securing worksites for the TeensWork Alachua Program, ensuring meaningful opportunities for participating youth. The Manager will also actively recruit for and build lasting relationships with employers and partners for the Goodwill Temps, supporting workforce development initiatives. Success in this role requires a strong community presence, including attending public meetings, engaging in local events, and networking with businesses and stakeholders to promote programs and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
