Pediatric Outpatient Occupational Therapist

Provide outpatient pediatric occupational therapy, including patient evaluations, treatment planning, goal setting and care coordination. Document evaluations, progress and discharge notes; supervise support staff; and contribute to quality improvement, patient education and professional development.
