Pediatric Physical Therapist

Provides pediatric physical therapy services in a clinical setting, including evaluations, individualized care planning, treatment, patient and family education, progress documentation, interdisciplinary communication, and discharge planning. Supervises physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation aides as required for licensure.
