Pediatric Physical Therapist II

Provides outpatient physical therapy to pediatric patients, including evaluation, individualized care planning, evidence-based treatment, progress documentation, and discharge planning. Coordinates care with families, physicians, and clinical staff, and may supervise physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation aides.
